However, some scholars believe that this may not be enough to create knowledge. Organizations may encounter knowledge or skills gaps in order to successfully deal with unfamiliar challenges and employees’ current capabilities are available. In addition, because the learning process of an organization is a tool for creating corporate knowledge, it has become a learning organization, and corporate learning has evolved into an important part of any organization seeking sustainable success (Crocetti, 2012). Therefore, training has become an important organizational function to support the organization's need to continuously improve the skills of its employees. However, in order to maintain this level of quality, many organizations face numerous obstacles. Facts have proved that providing training for employees of an organization is an important contributor to enhancing their ability to achieve organizational goals. These factors include job security, job satisfaction, productivity, health, safety, capacity development, and professional skills development, which subsequently highlight the contemporary state of corporate learning. 2.2 Artificial Intelligence In the 21st century, artificial intelligence (AI) has developed into an important research field in almost all fields, and extraordinary progress has been made in engineering, finance, medicine, and education (Halal, 2003). As described by Lacity and Wilcocks (2018), artificial intelligence is a general term that makes computers behave and think similarly to humans, and one of the most remarkable qualities that humans possess is the ability to make rational decisions based on previous experience. Historically, compared with humans, computers are much faster in performing complex calculations. In addition, a major obstacle for computers is their lack of intelligence, which prevents them from solving problems without a set of predetermined rules to define their subsequent behavior. However, the field of artificial intelligence has made tremendous progress in recent years, making computers more and more suitable for tasks that require human intervention.
